About Gloria
As a young lady, Gloria was determined to fulfill her dreams as a hair dresser. By the age of 19 she became a licensed cosmetologist and started her journey in the beauty industry. Within 6 years she, with the help of her beloved husband, was able to open Gloria’s Unisex in the heart of Corozal, Puerto Rico.
After relocating to Orlando, Gloria became staple in the Latin community and has maintained so for over 3 decades. Not just providing a simple beauty service, but pouring love and compassion into every client that sits in her chair or walks into her salon for another stylist. She has volunteered her talent and her team in various charities, bridal shows and TV broadcasts.
Gloria is not just any employer, she’s a mentor and a friend. Her team have been with her for many years including a stylist for 25 years (retired now), Maggie for over 20yrs, Catia for over 18yrs, Nicole (her assistant) for over 5yrs. Her team also includes new stylists with experiences of their own, an esthetician for all of your skincare needs and an eyebrow/lash specialist.
Gloria continues to great every client with a smile and a cup of coffee!

Native to the island of Puerto Rico, Nivia brings her love of music, dance and style to Central Florida as a Fashion Designer and Dressmaker. Based out of Orlando, FL, Nivia has worked with a diversity of dancers designing unique and “one of a kind” costumes for their competition costumes and designed couture tutus for classical ballerinas. She designs beautiful wedding dresses for brides and bridesmaid as well glamorous looks for Proms, quinces and sweet sixteens.
Her designs have appeared on many international stages and competitions. Some even featured at the Latin Grammy Museum in Los Angeles and music videos from latin duo Domino Saints and at the exciting Copa America (South American Soccer Cup).
